Description
Some more shape and colour experiments. I was interested in painting ice environment with warm colours. The general idea is to use the most minimalistic graphic mean to achieve an interesting mood in a scene. I try to stop the painting when it is still abstract but understandable. From workflow point of view such sketch would be ready for photobashing in next steps.

So beautiful! I love the colors, and the shapes all seem to mold into one another, but are distinct at the same time, which is really cool. I've gotten into backgrounds recently, and your work is such an inspiration!
