Hello guys,

Here is a bit more of action than in previous one. I couldn't resist to put Polish title, which is the word for string bean (szabel) and is very close to name of the weapon - sabre (szabla)

This painting was pure fun. Some years ago I couldn't see the pleasure in painting characters and designing their costume, but right now it almost always a part of my process. It is all about finding your own way of enjoying the art/shapes/composition etc etc. I know I have already said this, but painting becomes real fun when you try to express yourself and your idea, without chasing somebody else skill. It is obvious now, but it wasn't.... shit, I become so reflective each time

Do you still start your paintings monochrome with value only? It's way easier for me, but is it good in the long run?

I love the red it started out to be fire to me then quickly turned to blood!
